Full Moon in Libra 4*1*26
Every year we have a full moon in Libra around the time of the Spring equinox. The Sun's light shines on the Moon, illuminating things that were in the shadows, in the unconscious, and bringing them into the light of conscious awareness to be seen and addressed as needed.
At the Spring equinox, the Sun moves into Aries and starts a new cycle through the zodiac.
Aries, the first sign of the zodiac, is the cardinal fire sign. Aries is the individuation from the whole; the wave that forms from the ocean. Aries energy is independent. It is pioneering, here to explore the world and to make its mark. Aries energy is passionate, independent, idealistic, and enthusiastic. It can't wait to do all the things. And each experience Aries has helps it know itself a little more.
On the other end of the continuum is the Moon in Libra. The Aries - Libra axis deals with the self (Aries) and how it interacts with significant others in relationships. (Libra). Moon in Libra reminds Aries that there are others to take into account.
New Moon in Pisces 3*18*26
Wednesday night's New Moon in Pisces marks the end of 2026's first eclipse season…The New Moon has Sun and Moon at 28 degrees of Pisces. They are joined by Mercury, still retrograde until March 20, at 8 degrees and Mars at 12 degrees, so a fair amount of Pisces energy still prevails…Typically, New Moons mean new beginnings. This lunation has a different flavor. It is the threshold that must be crossed to reach the new beginning the Spring equinox on March 20 initiates.
Lunar Eclipse in Virgo 3*3*26
Tuesday morning we have a Lunar Eclipse in Virgo. This is the 5th of 7 eclipses along the Pisces-Virgo axis. Eclipses are powerful New Moons and Full Moons. Unlike regular lunations, the effects of eclipses are thought to last for about 6 months, until the next set of eclipses. The current set, comprised of the Solar Eclipse we had on February 17, and this one, will exert influence until August, when the second set of eclipses for 2026 happen.
This is a Full Moon (Lunar) Eclipse, with the Moon at 13 degrees of Virgo opposite the Sun at 13 degrees of Pisces. The Virgo - Pisces axis deals with service.
Mercury Retrograde in Pisces 2*26*26 - 3*20*26
Early on Thursday morning Mercury will turn retrograde at 22 degrees of Pisces. It will stay retrograde through March 20, when it resumes direct motion at 8 degrees of Pisces. All the Mercury retrogrades of 2026 occur in water signs…
It's important to note that Mercury retrogrades are meant to offer a pause. They are an opportunity to take a few weeks to review how you approach, narrate, and interpret the themes of the sign it is retrograding through. The overarching theme this year is how we react to and express what we are feeling. During the Mercury retrogrades, which last about 3 weeks, we will have the chance to revisit situations, events, and relationships through the lens of how we handled and expressed ourselves.
Lunar Eclipse in Pisces 9*7*25
Here we go! The second eclipse season of the year starts peeks on Sunday with the Lunar Eclipse in Pisces. Lunar Eclipses are powerful Full Moons, the effects of which last for about 6 months, until the next set of eclipses. The Sun has been moving through Virgo and will be at 15 degrees opposite the Moon at 15 degrees of Pisces at the time of this eclipse on Sunday afternoon.
The Virgo-Pisces axis is about service and balancing the desire to organize and improve how we meet the demands of daily life (Virgo) with the equally strong desire to explore how to express the qualities of the soul in human form (Pisces). Virgo-Pisces demands we balance the health of the body and the spirit.

Lunar Eclipse in Virgo 3*14*25
Welcome to the first eclipse season of 2025, which started off with this morning's Lunar Eclipse in Virgo. For any individual, the effects depend on where the eclipses land in your chart and if they are making connections to any planets or points in your chart. That said, even if you are not strongly affected by the energies, they are permeating the planet, so everyone is feeling them to some extent.
In this Lunar Eclipse, the Sun at 23 degrees of Pisces is opposite the Moon at 23 degrees of Virgo. The Pisces - Virgo axis is one of service. Sun in Pisces, the mutable water sign, is clear that there is something more at play than simply the visible world.
The grounded, practical qualities of earth give water a container and a framework to prioritize and explore the information held in the emotions. Here, Virgo is that complement to Pisces. Virgo energy, as the mutable earth sign, is motivated by the need to make things better.
Venus Retrograde 3*2*25-4*13*25
All planets are a type of energy. Venus is the energy of personal connection. She shows what we find attractive, what we value and appreciate, and how we approach relationships. Venus goes retrograde every two years for 40 days. At the beginning of her retrograde Venus is visible in the evening. In the middle of the retrograde, she joins with the Sun and seems to disappear into the solar light. As she moves into the second part of the retrograde cycle, she reemerges as visible in the morning. In astrology, we say she has gone from an evening star to a morning star.
New Moon in Pisces 2*27*25
Thursday evening's New Moon in Pisces has a lot of water energy. Water element processes life through the emotions. Water feels things. And, just like water, emotions are meant to flow. Pisces as the mutable water sign is especially sensitive to the emotions that are showing up "out there" in the collective. It is the last sign of the zodiac. Pisces sees the bigger picture; how we are all connected and are part of a tapestry that extends beyond any limits...
Consider your boundaries. There is a huge difference between going with the flow and being swept away by the tides because you are unanchored.
