Elements of Communication for Health Coaches

In this 2 hour virtual class, you will learn how to use the 6,000 year old discipline of astrology to create conscious conversations with clients that foster their desired change. We will learn the way each Sun sign prioritizes and receives information using modes of action and the four elements of earth, air, fire and water.
A basic understanding of the energetic expression of the elements through the Sun signs gives a coach insights into the key motivators and perspectives that influence how a client experiences and navigates their external environment. By targeting change strategies in language that aligns with these distinct individual expressions, clients are better able to receive information and integrate their vision for themselves with the way they view the world. This class helps the coach anticipate and work with internal and external resistances to change which inevitably arise in the coaching process. No astrology background required.
